The Sabirex non-boiling acid purifier DST series reduces the procurement cost of high-purity acids by non-boiling distillation of 1 ppb grade acids used for trace metal analysis by ICP-MS to 10 ppt grade in the pre-preparation stage. All contact parts are molded from PFA, making them compatible with the distillation of hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl). The distilled acid flows directly into the collection bottle, isolating it from external air and allowing it to be stored in high purity. With a built-in heater and no need for cooling water for condensation, it is compact and easy to install and operate.
